The templates, texts, layouts and code of StarBooster are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher.
The PDF files and images generated for a customer are licensed to them, after payment, for unlimited commercial use within their own business: printing in any quantity, display, distribution. They may not resell or redistribute the files themselves to third parties.
Any logo supplied by the customer remains theirs; they warrant that they hold the rights to it and grant the publisher only a technical licence, limited to producing their order.
Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. StarBooster is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Google.
The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the information accurate and the service available, without warranting uninterrupted access. The service depends on the Google Places API; a change or outage there may affect business search.
The QR code points to the Google review page of the business selected by the customer. It is for the customer to check, before printing in quantity, that the selected business is theirs and that the code works — a preview and a test are available at any time.
