StarBooster creates no user account, uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and does no profiling.
The retention periods below are not statements of intent: they are enforced automatically by expiry rules configured on the storage itself.

The ten-year record contains neither the kit configuration nor the logo: only what is needed to account for a sale.

No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Any transfer outside the European Union, through Stripe and Google, is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Search uses the Google Places API, called from your browser. Google may collect data at that point under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy), over which the publisher has no control. Nothing you type is recorded by StarBooster until a business is selected.
StarBooster sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and therefore shows no consent banner. Google and Stripe may set their own technical cookies during search and payment.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them at contact@star-booster.com; you will receive a reply within one month.
One limit, stated plainly: data kept to meet accounting obligations cannot be erased before the ten-year statutory period ends, including on request. All other data is deleted automatically within the periods in section 2, with no action needed from you.
You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Storage is encrypted at rest and reachable from no public address: downloads use signed, time-limited links. No card data passes through or is stored on StarBooster's servers.
