These terms govern the sale of the StarBooster display kit: a set of printable files personalised for the customer's business, carrying a QR code that links to that business's Google review page.
They apply to every buyer, business or consumer. The seller voluntarily extends consumer protections to all customers, including the right of withdrawal described in clause 7.
The service is offered to customers in France and in the European Union. It is not offered to customers outside the EU.
Each order delivers five digital files:
The first three are vector PDFs ready for print, with 3 mm bleed and crop marks. Nothing physical is shipped: the sale covers digital files only.
A free preview, watermarked SPECIMEN, is available before any payment. The delivered files are identical to that preview, without the watermark.
The price is €14.90 per kit, as a single purchase with no subscription. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the price shown is final and no tax is added.
The customer searches for their business, personalises the kit, checks the preview and confirms the order. Confirming constitutes acceptance of these terms. The customer is solely responsible for selecting the correct business and for the wording they enter.
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The seller has no access to card details, which are handled exclusively by Stripe.
For digital content supplied immediately, EU consumer law — Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in France at article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code — provides that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose that right.
By confirming their order, the customer expressly requests immediate performance and expressly waives their fourteen-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is presented and must be accepted before payment. As the files are generated and sent within a minute of payment, no refund can be claimed on that ground once delivery has taken place.
This does not affect any right the customer has if the files are faulty (clause 8).
Files are emailed as attachments immediately after payment is confirmed, and remain downloadable from the confirmation page for 30 days. After that, only the email attachments remain: keep them.
If nothing arrives, or a file is faulty or unusable, the customer should report it to contact@star-booster.com within a reasonable time; the seller will redeliver or, failing that, refund in full.
The customer keeps the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by French law, and any mandatory protection afforded by the law of their country of residence.
StarBooster supplies printable material. It does not guarantee any number of reviews, any rating, or any commercial outcome: those depend on the business's own customers. The seller is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Google and cannot be held liable for changes to Google services affecting the review link.

These terms are governed by French law. In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I), this choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
